Our mugs have a glossy finish. These are made with professional inks and equipment that fuses the ink into the glaze of the mug, making it permanent.

**Please note, photo colors can sometimes vary greatly on these mugs.  I will try to print them as closely to the colors as the original picture you provide.  On the odd occasion the photo you provide may not be of high enough quality as we will need.  In these instances, I will contact you prior to printing to advise you**
